With little to no time to scout any locations and a stunning amount of airglow in the sky, I had to choose a quick and easy place to try and capture some of the beautiful peaks of the Teton Range. We found a lovely little turnout that was super close to our hotel where we could see the towering Mount Moran with the Snake River flowing in front of it. The funny thing about this time of year is that you could hear all sorts of elk bugling in the distance and every now and then you would hear a big splash from the river which I was thinking might be fish. All the noises at night are surely what makes each night unique.
